Nicolas Legrand
I received a PhD. from the University Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris, France) in 2002, after 4 years in the group of A.A.Freitas at Pasteur Institute (Paris, France) working on mouse T cell selection and homeostasis. In 2003, I moved to the Academic Medical Center of Amsterdam as a postdoctoral fellow in the group of H.Spits (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), where I have switched to human immunology. Since then, I am focusing most of my work on study of development and function of the human immune system, both in vitro and in humanized mouse models.
